Account Executive

Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive. This person will work closely with the entire integrated team of planners, creatives, producers, BA, external agency partners, and clients to manage multiple 360 campaigns (including but not limited to: Broadcast, Digital, Social, Radio, and Design).



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate simultaneous projects and workstreams across integrated media for client campaigns. This includes maintaining the flow of information between departments, proactively thinking about client needs, and facilitating collaboration with (and between) internal and external teams.
  • Candidate should have experience and be comfortable in being the contact for Agency and Clients alike on all projects that she/he is managing directly. It’s important that this person own the meetings, think proactively about client needs and can prove to be reliable when it comes to follow up and action needed to move things along smoothly
  • Hold understanding of broadcast, social, radio and digital production.
  • Establish and maintain a solid relationship with clients and partner agencies.
  • Support Account Planning and Creative teams during developmental phases to help collect, organize and provide all necessary creative assets and marketing materials.
  • In partnership with creative resources manager, collaboratively manage creative teams by kicking off projects, managing creative deadlines, and conveying Client feedback in a clear, objective, and action-oriented manner.
  • Compile diligent meeting/review notes and send concise creative recaps.
  • Ensure concepts are routed through proper channels at all stages of creative & production (BA, legal, proofing, etc).
  • Organize and manage deliverable needs for all pertinent workstreams including specs, quantities, ship/ air dates, legal lines, versioning, AD-IDs, etc. to ensure all requirements are met. QC final deliverables, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work with Account Supervisor and Account Director to present to Clients and lead both internal and client meetings with confidence.
  • Exhibit solid writing skills.
  • Track competitive activity and summarize news/trade articles for team and send POVs to Client where appropriate.
  • Lead reoccurring status calls, including maintaining up-to-date information on daily hot sheets and weekly status reports, with clients and agency partners.
  • Oversee estimates/billing.
  • Mentor and contribute to the growth of AAEs/ ACs.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of full-time experience in account management at a full-service agency
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Word), Keynote, PowerPoint
  • Proven experience in managing teams of people and in working cross functionally across an organizatio
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in managing the production and launch of multiple campaigns at one time.
  • Solid written communication skills with a specific attention to detail. Reliable when it comes to following up, and conscientious about working with a sense of urgency in order to keep up project momentum
  • Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you often go the extra mile for your team, clients, and agency.


Compensation:

Deutsch LA offers top of the line benefits, 401K, unlimited PTO and more. The salary range for this role is $67,500K-70,000K. Pay is dependent upon many factors ranging from experience, training, transferable skills, and business needs. The pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
