The American Heart Association will provide 500 Infant CPR Anytime® Training Kits to Kentucky Children’s Hospital to share with expectant parents and caregivers throughout the year. As a company, we are committed to accessible healthcare and are thrilled to contribute to this life-saving effort. The AHA developed the Infant CPR Anytime® Training Kit in coordination with the American Academy of Pediatrics. Each portable kit includes a skills practice video, a reference card, and an infant CPR manikin. It is designed to teach emergency skills for infant CPR and choking relief in about 20 minutes. Through this initiative, we hope to improve the lives of children and families by empowering individuals with educational tools that can make a difference in our community and beyond.

A new two-story public library in Lexington, KY, is officially open! The second-largest library in the area, the structure measures 30,000 square feet and holds up to 30,000 books. The Tempur Sealy Foundation had the honor of donating $200,000 to build an incredible Children's Discovery Zone filled with engaging activities and beautiful new books to help inspire children of all ages. The building includes community and study rooms, a dedicated classroom, a collaborative "makerspace," an outdoor reading area, expanded adult and children's areas, and a convenient drive-through window where customers can pick up and return borrowed materials. The library estimates that it will serve approximately one million visitors per year.

Today, Company Chairman and CEO Scott Thompson and EVP and CFO Bhaskar Rao shared our Q1 2024 earnings results. In the first quarter of 2024, our leading U.S. brands performed well—with net sales of approximately $1.2 billion, consistent with the prior year, and record first-quarter cash flow from operations of approximately $130 million. Scott Thompson commented, "We are pleased to report solid first quarter sales, earnings and record operating cash flow against a global backdrop which appears to be at a historical nadir.
