This role offers a unique chance to work with an industry leader renowned for their commitment to quality, integrity, and trustworthiness. As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the plant maintenance program, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal operation. You’ll supervise a skilled maintenance team, including supervisors, planners, and coordinators, making sure all maintenance procedures are executed safely, on-time, and cost-effectively. Utilizing CMMS for work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history will be a key part of your role, along with preparing reports and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement in operations and maintenance. These past couple of weeks have been nothing but fun for the Seven Sourcing team. As always, we’re grateful to our long-term clients who we’ve built strong relationships with - this allows us to offer candidates more varied roles in plant operations, now expanding our offering to finance, audit, HR roles and more. Here’s a few of our favourite moments: 1/ We kicked off with senior recruitment for a new mining client - first interviews are underway! 2/ Expanded our portfolio with three new positions for a long-term partner. 3/ Hitting the ground running after the bank holiday with new roles secured for a European client and a fantastic meeting with a Director-level member of an existing partner. 4/ We helped a candidate navigate a counter offer and successfully transition to their new opportunity – now they're just waiting to start their exciting role! 5/ Klaus sourced a fantastic candidate for an interview for a Director of Engineering in the pharmaceutical industry. 6/ Our Director of Client Services Tracie Hope worked with other recruitment business leaders to advise and assist other recruiters to improve processes. Finally, as mental health awareness week has been and gone, we’ve had a great time bonding with the team. We’ve always believed in the power of movement… A bit of a personal story incoming! These past couple of weeks, our Director of Client Services Tracie Hope has been walking 10k steps a day, to raise funds for Alzheimer's Society. While it’s not an easy feat, it’s brought the team together in more ways than one. Raising money in aid of her dad suffering with Dementia, Tracie and Klaus have been getting their steps in around the city together, not just to appreciate the sights and feel good from the exercise, but to take the time to understand and support each other. People like to say “a problem shared is a problem halved” and in this case, it's 100% true. Our main takeaway from this? Get your colleagues together, not just for drunken socials but for outdoor activities too - let them freely share their worries and concerns among each other, because it’ll massively impact their mental wellbeing. #MomentsForMovement #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #MentalHealth
