This #PrideMonth, we're continuing to show love to the LGBTQ+ community! Our team members have been hard at work supporting our community at events like the Andersonville Midsommarfest and the Aurora Pride Parade. Our LGBTQ+ affinity group, TrueNorth, also celebrated Pride Month with a team member get together in Evanston. Endeavor Health’s Black Leadership Forum Employee Resource Group led the celebration of #Juneteenth with Naperville Neighbors United, a nonprofit organization founded on the principles of building an inclusive community that celebrates diversity. It was an afternoon of guest speakers, performances and the chance to connect with the community in honor of this important day recognizing emancipation. Huge thank you to the Glenbrook Hospital team members who volunteered during lunch to prepare and serve food to 60+ students attending Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook summer programs! 🍽️ These programs provide structured activities that promote social and emotional learning for 2nd-8th graders in underserved neighborhoods, focusing on supporting Spanish-speaking students.

Congratulations to Endeavor Health’s Edward Hospital Vascular Access nurse Diane Patino, BSN, RN, VA-BC, for receiving the May 2024 DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses! 🎉 Diane went "above and beyond her duties as she stayed after her scheduled hours", and her "prompt actions played an extremely big role in helping the patient on their way to healing". The nominating patient shared, "when I heard there was a DAISY Award for nurses, I knew I needed to nominate this outstanding, caring and compassionate nurse for such an award!"

The Endeavor Health CenteringParenting program’s held a kickoff event and the inaugural group met at Galter Life Center! The innovative care model combines well-baby visits with engaging group parent discussions. Parents gain confidence, support and community while delving more deeply into important health topics.
