The world's largest recruiter of remote full-time jobs, enabling world-class tech talent to qualify for elite jobs.
About us
Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014. We're the world's largest recruiter that specializes in elite full-time remote jobs, hiring the top 1% of tech talent from every corner of the planet. We find awesome talent in overlooked places, by posting jobs all over the world, and giving everyone an equal opportunity to prove their skills are world-class. Our system of AI-powered assessments is based on objective factors that are scientifically proven to predict high performance (e.g. cognitive aptitude). 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒: 🧑 Reviews from people we've hired: crossover.com/reviews 💼 Current openings: crossover.com/jobs 💎 Hire someone for your company: crossover.com/hire ♟️ How the process works: crossover.com/selection-process ❓ FAQs: crossover.com/help ~~~ 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise. Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions: 1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters. 2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely). 3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs. It's hard, but it's worth it!

😅 Is hybrid work the best of both worlds… or twice the headache? You’ve been sold a lie – hybrid work isn’t the freedom fest you thought it’d be. Instead, it’s a whirlwind of back-and-forth nonsense that leaves your team more stressed, confused, and ironically less flexible than ever! Here’s the truth: most hybrid work is just office life in disguise, with none of the perks of remote freedom. But it doesn’t have to be that way. 🔀 Flexible? Ha! Try organizing a meeting when half your team is MIA, and the rest are stuck in ‘catch-up’ mode. 🔀 Team collaboration? More like team confusion. Who’s in today? Who’s not? No one knows. 🔀 Office days? Great for bonding... over how much everyone hates office days. Want to escape the chaos? These three management tactics will get your hybrid team back on track. 🚀 Read it now! #hybridwork #hybridmanager #hybridmanagement #remotework #officelife #flexiblework #remoteteams #hybridteams #distributedteams

Here's a thought that might keep you up tonight: What if specialized skills are becoming obsolete faster than we can learn them? Think about it: 1. Coding? AI can do it. 2. Data analysis? AI crunches numbers faster than any human. 3. Content creation? AI is pumping out articles, videos, and designs at breakneck speed. 4. Customer service? AI chatbots are handling queries 24/7. Even traditionally "safe" professions aren't immune. AI is diagnosing diseases, drafting legal documents, trading stocks... So, here's the million-dollar question: In a world where AI can master specialized skills overnight, is being a "specialist" still valuable? Or are we entering an era where adaptability trumps expertise? Maybe the most valuable skill isn't what you know, but how quickly you can learn, unlearn, and relearn. Perhaps the future belongs not to the experts but to the eternal beginners – those who can rapidly adapt to new AI tools and workflows. Are we ready for a world where our value lies not in our knowledge, but in our ability to dance with AI in an ever-changing landscape? Let's debate: 1. Is the age of the specialist over? 2. How do we measure human value in an AI-driven workforce? 3. Are our education systems preparing us for this reality? Share your thoughts.👇 #AI #FutureOfWork #Skills

🚪 What if being unreachable is the secret to remote work success? 🚪 The world is obsessed with 'open-door' policies, but they’re THE WORST for remote leaders. What if the real key to productivity is the exact opposite? One door is not the same as hundreds of channels. It’s time to rethink how we work and communicate. The constant availability myth is holding back real progress. Instead of being available 24/7, closing the door - literally and figuratively - is your secret weapon to higher performance and better team results. Here’s why “unreachability” wins: ✅ Autonomy = trust: No waiting. Let your team problem-solve! ✅ Deep work matters: Shut out distractions to produce real results ✅ Avoid burnout: Be unavailable. It saves energy for more important goals Want to up how you lead remotely? 💡 Start here! #remoteleadership #remotework #remoteteams #remotemanagement #distributedteams #globalteams #leadership #remotepolicy
