And this is just the beginning—there is so much to learn from the journey ahead as the winners embark on a 14-week virtual accelerator, where they will receive mentorship and technical support. 🎉 Today, we celebrate Juneteenth! 🎉 Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, commemorates the end of slavery in the United States. On this day in 1865, news of freedom finally reached the last enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas. Let's honor this day by celebrating African American culture and reflecting on history at the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture https://lnkd.in/gqvPZFF, committing to a future of equality and justice for all, and supporting organizations like Black Girls Code, Thurgood Marshall College Fund, and local black-owned businesses. Together, we can continue to build a world where freedom truly means freedom for everyone. 🖤✊🏽 #Juneteenth #FreedomDay #CelebrateFreedom #BlackHistory #Equality

The Salesforce Education & AI Summit in NYC 🗽🍎 this past Tuesday was an amazing experience from start to finish! So grateful to have had the best and brightest sitting at the intersection of K12 Education👩🏾🏫, AI 🤖 and the Future of Work📈 with us including our partners Danae Mobley from Coded by Kids, Jessica Santana and Stan Smith from America On Tech, Alyse Amato and team from The Marcy Lab School, Natalie Dunn from CareerVillage.org and many more! Of course, I’d be remiss to not share my gratitude to Alex Swartsel from Jobs for the Future (JFF) for sharing the long term implications of AI literacy and career consequences for the leaders of tomorrow. It was also great to see some of my favorite co-funders that day like Jen Weston-Murphy and Gwyneth Gaul, CAP® All in all, Tuesday’s event was a great exploration of what’s top of mind for the best minds in AI and Education. Couldn’t join us on Tuesday and want to watch the event? Head over to Salesforce+ TOMORROW and watch the livestream for yourself! https://lnkd.in/d4BRJCAY 📺
