Detroit Tigers - American League Central Division Champions
Pittsburgh Pirates - National League Wild Card
St. Louis Cardinals - National League Central Division Champions
Tampa Bay Rays - American League Wild Card
The Boston Red Sox, Detroit Tigers, Los Angeles Dodgers and St. Louis Cardinals advance to the Championship Series with Divisional Series wins. Three of the four teams remaining began their seasons under the Florida sun. Here's the post-season schedule to keep us occupied for the remainder of October.
